This is a small-time operation that started out of an extraordinary gardening season that left me with far too much produce to use in our household. I started sharing the abundance with friends and family, but I still had a lot in storage. I decided to see if others in the community would enjoy it, too.

I value locally-grown produce wherever possible, and limited to no pesticide use. I try to be as environmentally-conscious as possible. I value flavor and authenticity.
